HONG KONG (Nikkei Markets) -- Asian stocks retreated Friday as risk sentiment was rattled by rising concerns about U.S. President Donald Trump's ability to pass economic policies and a deadly terror attack in Barcelona. Investors have grown concerned of late over President Trump's ability to fulfill his campaign promises, including tax cuts, as his administration continues to be embroiled by episodes of infighting and controversy.
