KIM Jong-un has threatened to bring “NUCLEAR CLOUDS TO JAPAN” if it does not back down on sanctions against the rogue state. The North Korean leader issued the rounds of threats while blasting Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe, branding him a “HEADLESS CHICKEN ” and “SUICIDAL ”.
